Do I need to be home?
Yes. For in‑home visits someone 18+ needs to be present. For remote sessions, you just need a working internet connection and a device we can screen‑share on.
How long does it take?
Most Full Optimization visits take about 60–90 minutes. Basic Diagnostics is usually 30 minutes or less. Monthly monitoring check‑ins are shorter.
Will this void my ISP warranty or contract?
No. We don’t modify Spectrum, AT&T, or Lumen equipment in ways that void support. Most changes are configuration, placement, and education. If a hardware swap is needed, we work through your ISP.
Do you support Spectrum, AT&T, and Lumen?
Yes. Most homes and small offices I work with are on Spectrum, AT&T, or Lumen. If you’re on something different, we can still start with diagnostics.
What if the problem is my ISP?
If the issue is clearly on the ISP side, I’ll document it and can sit on the call with you (or for you) as an add‑on so you have backup when you talk to support.
