Quick answers about how we work.
We connect by phone or video and you share your screen (or I walk you through steps). Most fixes are done in one 30-minute session. If we can’t fix it remotely, there’s no charge for that session.
Starter sites often launch in 2–4 weeks; larger sites in 1–3 months. We agree on a timeline before starting and you get training and handoff before go-live.
Invoices are due on receipt. For larger projects we can split into milestones. Care plans are billed monthly. I accept checks, bank transfer, and major cards.
